Let the computer to perform repair work and when the computer restarts, do not press any key. Whenever Installing devices is displayed on the progressbar, just press Shift + F10 keys. This will display the Command Prompt window. You need to type nusrmgr.cpl on the command prompt. Then press the Enter key. You will get the User Accounts window and here you can either remove or reset the password.
